What It Means to Be a DAPA Ambassador
To be a DAPA Ambassador is to become a catalyst for transformation—within yourself and your community. The DAPA Ambassador Program empowers individuals through cultural immersion, life skills and soft skills training, and a spiritually grounded leadership experience.
Mission Outreaches: Service-based opportunities to meet spiritual and practical needs through hands-on volunteerism, prayer, evangelism, and acts of compassion. These take place in Barbados, the United States, and local communities.
Cultural Immersion Experiences: Deep educational engagement with another culture’s history, customs, values, and language. These experiences are designed to expand global awareness, empathy, and adaptability in leadership.
Participants grow through intentional mentorship, biblical and emotional intelligence principles, and a service-oriented leadership model rooted in purpose.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Provide cross-cultural mission and outreach opportunities in Barbados, the United States, and local communities
Offer accessible, biblically grounded life and soft skills training that addresses the needs of Gen Z, women over 50, the deaf and hard of hearing, and individuals from single-parent homes
Deliver financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and family planning education that supports economic empowerment and personal stability
Facilitate peer-to-peer mentoring, generational collaboration, and diverse cohort-style engagement
Whether you're a Gen Z leader, a woman reimagining purpose after 50, a member of the deaf community, or a young adult from a single-parent household, the DAPA Ambassador Program adapts to serve a diverse, purpose-driven audience across borders.
Equip participants with tools for emotional intelligence, purpose discovery, and spiritual formation
Address the needs of aging populations, empowering older women to rediscover their voice and leadership call
