WELCOME TO THE DAPA AMBASSADOR PROGRAM The DAPA Ambassador Program is a dynamic leadership and purpose-development journey designed for young men ready to rise as Kingdom-minded leaders. Through a unique blend of faith-based mentorship, real-world life skills, and culturally immersive learning, this program equips emerging changemakers to lead with vision, integrity, and impact. Grounded in biblical and practical teachings and the mission of transformation, the DAPA Ambassador experience empowers Gen Z leaders to influence their communities, walk boldly in purpose, and ultimately shape the future—locally, nationally, and globally.

Are you a young man with the heart of a king, but no roadmap to lead? Join The King’s Code Initiative, rooted in the teachings of Jesus—the CEO of Life Skills—and become part of a transformational movement for young men in Barbados: The DAPA Ambassador Program!
Apply now to be selected for our 5-week virtual mentorship journey and secure your spot at the live King’s Code Summit this July—where 8 outstanding participants will be awarded $1,500 BBD microgrants (approx. $750 USD) to support their educational or entrepreneurial goals
Destiny and Purpose Academy (DAPA), in strategic collaboration with Tower of Power Global Network Ministries – Barbados and Equipped for the Journey is launching The King’s Code Summit 2025, a one-day leadership and identity event for young men in Barbados. This initiative is a dedicated mentorship and development track within DAPA, rooted in the concept of Jesus as the CEO of Life Skills. The summit is designed to close out an 5-week virtual mentorship program and inaugurate a special cohort of DAPA’s King’s Code Ambassadors.
