Dr. Annette White

Dr. Annette White is a retired Army officer, former Pentagon leader, educator, and visionary whose life and legacy are marked by faith, courage, and service. With more than two decades of military experience—including managing billion-dollar operations and serving in high-level roles at the Pentagon—she brings unmatched leadership and strategic excellence to every endeavor.

While Dr. White's military career sharpened her skill in logistics, budgeting, and organizational development, it was a singular, life-altering encounter that set her heart ablaze for service. During her military tenure, she met a young man in crisis—on the brink of suicide. Through her compassionate intervention and spiritual support, he chose life. That moment planted the seed of purpose that would grow into Destiny & Purpose Academy.

From that day forward, Dr. White committed her life to helping others find hope, direction, and destiny. Guided by faith and grounded in biblical values, she launched DAPA to empower Generation Z, women, the deaf, and underserved communities through leadership development, cultural immersion, and practical life training.

Her vision is bold: to cultivate global leaders who rise with resilience, serve with integrity, and walk in divine purpose. Whether mentoring youth in the U.S. or leading mission trips in Barbados, Dr. White is building a movement that leaves a legacy of transformation.
