At Destiny & Purpose Academy, we don’t just talk about purpose, we partner with organizations that live it. Through strategic, faith-centered partnerships in Barbados and beyond, we invest in youth, young adults, and women by combining life skills, leadership development, cultural immersion, and financial support.
Our partners help us extend DAPA’s mission: empowering the next generation with emotional intelligence, financial literacy, leadership tools, and faith-filled resilience so they can transform their communities from the inside out.

March 2026 Update from Barbados!
We are pleased to share an update from our recent work on the ground in Barbados, where purpose, partnership, and action came together in a meaningful way.
In a recent gathering, young girls who have already been committed to their growth and development were presented with athletic shoes to support their continued participation in sport. What may appear to be a simple gesture carried deeper significance in the moment. It was an investment in confidence, dignity, and the reinforcement that they are seen and supported.
The atmosphere reflected both joy and sincerity. There were moments of visible excitement alongside quieter, more emotional responses, underscoring that this experience extended beyond a material exchange. It represented care, intention, and alignment with a greater mission.
This is the work.
Through initiatives like this, Destiny and Purpose Academy (DAPA) continues to serve, equip, and invest in the next generation, meeting real needs while cultivating identity, leadership, and long-term opportunity.
Under the leadership of Dr. Annette White, this work remains focused, strategic, and impact-driven, ensuring that every effort contributes to meaningful and measurable change.
We recognize that the challenges facing communities around the world are significant. However, we also understand that consistent, intentional actions, when compounded over time, create lasting transformation.

Our Giving Philosophy
We believe that giving is not a momentary thing, it’s a posture.
Over the past season, we’ve witnessed what happens when people say yes to purpose. Lives are being strengthened, young leaders are being equipped, and doors are opening for individuals who simply needed someone to believe in them.
Because the need continues, we have chosen to keep this giving initiative open as we steward the momentum already in motion.

Campaign Goals
Every dollar and every pair of shoes goes directly to Combined Faith to strengthen their sports evangelism programs and remind each child that they are seen, they are valued and their dreams matter. This is more than sneakers. More than uniforms. This is seed sowing. This is legacy building. This is a chance to shift a generation.
100 Pairs of Athletic Shoes
We are going to put 100 boys and girls ages 6-18 in brand new shoes!
$5300 USD Fundraising Goal
We will use these funds to help purchase uniforms, equipment, and camp/tournament support!

Partner Spotlight: Combined Faith Christian Sports Evangelism Ministry (Barbados)
Empowering youth through faith, discipline, and sport.
Combined Faith Christian Sports Evangelism Ministry serves boys and girls ages 6–18 through basketball camps and tournaments, road tennis outreach, discipleship sessions, mentorship, character-building programs, and faith-based leadership development. Their core values are captured in the acronym L.I.F.E — Love, Integrity, Faith, Excellence.
On the court and in community, Combined Faith gives young people a safe place to grow—not just as athletes, but as leaders. Through consistent coaching, spiritual grounding, and positive mentorship, they help youth build confidence, focus, and a sense of belonging in environments where hope can sometimes feel out of reach.
